All Boxed Up Return/Cancellation Policy

NO HASSLE SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY: Providing our customers with quality packaging are our top priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return of an unused box or packing supplies may be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials (bundles must be complete). It’s simple…use the carrier of your choice to return the product and upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly less a $7.95 per package (bundle) restocking fee. In the unlikely event of receiving incorrect or defective product, you will be sent a replacement product at no charge.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. We are available from 6am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday via our toll free phone number 1-855-539-6400. Orders already in transit will incur an intercept fee of $12.35.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Our shipping provider has an on time delivery ratio of 99%. We try to be as prompt as possible to ship the same day as the order is placed. You will receive an email from our shipping provider with tracking information within 1 business day of your order. Our average delivery time is 3 business days but could be up to 5 business days based on things out of their control. However, All Boxed Up is not responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control but we will do our best to make sure you receive your products in a timely manner.
